Product Master Data Specialist

Hybrid, London
Full-time (£28k-32k)
6-9 month contract

About the Role

This role is central to the smooth running of almost every customer-facing and operational system at Perfect Moment. Accurate product master data is essential for successful wholesale launches, ecommerce trading, marketplace integrations, logistics operations, and financial reporting.

As Perfect Moment continues to modernise its technology stack, this position will play an increasingly important role in maintaining a single, trusted source of product information across the business.

Purpose of the Role

The Product Master Data Specialist is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and ongoing maintenance of product master data within CIN7 Core across Perfect Moment's three legal entities.

Working closely with the Product, Merchandising, Sales, Operations, Ecommerce, Finance, and IT teams, you will ensure product data is created, enriched, and maintained throughout the seasonal product lifecycle. Your work will support wholesale, ecommerce, marketplace, and operational processes by delivering high-quality, reliable product data that underpins key business systems.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong data management skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate information across multiple systems and entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain product master data across all three legal entities.
  • Prepare seasonal product data by converting approved range plans into complete SKU lists, including sample SKUs.
  • Manage staged product data uploads throughout the seasonal product lifecycle.
  • Maintain JOOR line list attributes and support collection updates, changes, and cancellations.
  • Manage ongoing SKU, product, and attribute changes, including the creation and upload of new SKUs for gifting, packaging, and collaboration products.
  • Complete final product enrichment by uploading barcodes, country of origin (COO), weights, dimensions, and HS codes.
  • Maintain operational product attributes as logistics information becomes available.
  • Support the continuous improvement of data templates, processes, and master data governance.

Essential Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, data validation, and working with large datasets.
  • Experience managing product master data within an ERP system (CIN7 experience desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail with a highly accurate approach to data management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with large volumes of data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a consistently high level of accuracy.
  • Experience within fashion, retail, or ecommerce is preferred.
