Job Description
This role delivers specific marketing technology capabilities that help the European marketing organization reach and engage customers across marketing channels. Working within a larger marketing technology charter, you take individual features and capabilities from idea to launch. You work day to day with engineering, science, and design to turn customer needs into working products. You dive into the technical details, make trade-offs about what to build first, and measure whether what you shipped improved customer acquisition and engagement.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Own key marketing technology features end to end, from requirements through launch and iteration.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, and work with engineering to decide what to build and in what order.
- Engage as an informed partner in engineering discussions: learn the systems behind your product, assess feasibility, and surface technical trade-offs and risks early.
- Define success metrics for your features and use usage data and customer feedback to decide what to improve next.
- Work across design, science, engineering, and business partners to deliver, clearing blockers and escalating when needed.
- Align your features with the broader roadmap and vision for the marketing technology space.
- Write clear product documents and share progress and results with your team and stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
