Business Unit

Corporate Development Group (CDG) as the platform for the company's new business incubation and new business exploration, CDG is responsible for promoting development and innovation for important areas such as financial technology and advertising, as well as marketing services, including payment and financial applications. As a professional support platform, CDG also supports the company and various business groups in strategic planning, investments and mergers, investor relations and corporate global communications, marketing and public relations, and more.

What the Role Entails

  • Support the operations of our overseas Ad Network by developing monetization strategies, delivering industry solutions, and partnering with the business team to expand advertiser adoption and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate market feedback into product improvements and operational strategies.
  • Conduct market and performance analysis on advertising campaigns to identify optimization opportunities, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making for advertiser success.
  • Assist in the rollout and iteration of advertising products and systems, monitor performance metrics, and support the continuous optimization of operational workflows and client service efficiency.

Who We Look For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Media, Data Science, or other quantitative-related fields, with an expected graduation in 2027.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel-based modeling, and data visualization tools.
  • Passionate about global advertising monetization and the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong sense of ownership, customer-oriented mindset, and integrity.
  • Fast learner and effective team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with international teams and HQ stakeholders.
