Our client, a leading financial services business operating at the heart of the financial markets, is seeking a highly motivated candidate to support their ETF/ETP Product offering. Beyond ensuring their products operate efficiently and accurately, the team plays a critical role in designing investment products, supporting new product launches, and continually improving their operating model through automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily operational BAU across their ETF/ETP product range, including monitoring tracking error and validating pricing across multiple asset classes.
- Dealing with complex operational issues relating to portfolio management (creations/redemptions, pricing, NAVs, collateral).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation (AI, VBA/Python).
- Assist with new product launches, product design and structuring, establishing new operational frameworks.

Experience & Background
- A minimum of 4 years experience in product operations, fund accounting, portfolio management support, trade support, or product structuring.
- ETF/ETP product knowledge is essential.
- Broad asset class exposure across commodities, equities, fixed income, FX, or digital assets is desirable – but not essential.
- Experience of automating processes or improving operational workflows is highly desirable (Excel, VBA, or Python).
- Degree-level education, ideally in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related subject.
