Role summary

We are expanding our Product Operations function to help our product organisation scale. As a Product Operations Manager, you will design processes, tools and data infrastructure that improve alignment between Product, Engineering and Go‑To‑Market teams. You will enable seamless collaboration, accelerate feedback loops and coordinate launches, reporting to Gianna Lengyel. The role is based in Paris with a global scope.

What you will do

  • Drive data and analytics – Ensure transparent reporting on customer engagements and product usage; work with Data Science to develop dashboards and insights for product decisions.
  • Manage feedback loops and discovery – Build structured processes to collect and analyse product feedback; run early access programmes and design partner tests.
  • Coordinate launches – Orchestrate product releases and enterprise launches, aligning product managers, marketers, engineers and legal teams.
  • Build product rituals – Shape planning, review and OKR routines; introduce tooling to streamline documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain product catalogue and documentation – Partner with technical writers to keep documentation current and accessible.
  • Standardise release cycles – Coordinate with Engineering and Science teams to manage release timelines and ensure reliability.

About You

  • 5+ years in product operations, product management or strategy/operations roles (e.g., chief of staff, consulting) in deep‑tech or AI environments.
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics; able to turn usage data and feedback into actionable insights.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaborator; experienced in aligning product, engineering, marketing and sales teams around shared priorities.
  • Process‑oriented mindset; skilled at building repeatable workflows and release processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.
  • Bonus: experience with AI/ML products, pricing and packaging strategies, or consulting/finance backgrounds.

Location & Remote

The position is based in our Paris HQ offices and we encourage going to the office as much as we can (at least 3 days per week) to create bonds and smooth communication. Our remote policy aims to provide flexibility, improve work-life balance and increase productivity. Each manager can decide the amount of days worked remotely based on autonomy and a specific context (e.g. more flexibility can occur during summer). In any case, employees are expected to maintain regular communication with their teams and be available during core working hours.
