Our Team: How We Enrich Everyday Life
You will be joining our Digital Advisory on a 9 month contract; a team central to achieving long-term goals of audience growth, digital innovation, and brand development.
As part of a collaborative and evolving product community, you'll play a key role in helping the organisation continue its transition from project-based delivery to a mature, product-led operating model. This is an opportunity to influence how teams work, make decisions and deliver value at scale.
The Difference You Will Make
This is a highly visible contract role where you'll help turn our product operating model from a framework into everyday reality. You'll work across teams to establish the operational foundations that allow Product Managers to focus on customer discovery, product strategy and value delivery rather than delivery administration and project management.
You'll bring structure where it's needed, improve consistency across teams, and help create the governance, processes and rhythms that support effective product management. Through your work, you'll enable better alignment, improve transparency across portfolios, and drive adoption of product-led practices that create value for both our customers and the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving organisational challenges, influencing change and building practical solutions that make teams more effective.
Your Role
As Product Operations Manager, you will act as the operational engine for the product function, partnering with product leaders and cross-functional teams to implement and continuously improve product operating practices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Embedding the product operating Model across product teams and portfolios.
- Designing, documenting and improving product operations processes, standards and ways of working.
- Creating playbooks, templates, guidance and tools that drive consistency and adoption.
- Establishing and facilitating governance forums, planning cadences and decision-making practices.
- Facilitating retrospectives, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working across Product, Engineering, Delivery and business teams to embed product-led behaviours and best practices.
- Supporting organisational change and helping teams adopt more effective product operating approaches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
