📈 Series B | 145% Growth | SaaS | AI | Tech for Good
I'm looking for a proper SaaS Product person.
Someone who understands how Product actually works commercially. Not just roadmaps, ceremonies and delivery.
I mean understanding:
- What are we building?
- Why are we building it?
- What effort and cost is involved?
- What value does it create for the customer?
- What's the commercial return?
- What does the data tell us?
- And could AI help us do it better, faster or more efficiently?
That's this role.
We're partnering with a Series B SaaS business that has grown 145% this year and is making its first Product Operations hire.
🚀 What will you actually do?
You'll sit across all of the Product teams, working alongside Product Managers, Product Designers and Engineering.
You won't own one product.
You'll help every Product team become better at building products.
From discovery through to delivery, adoption and measurement, you'll help teams understand the effort going into what they're building and whether that effort is delivering enough value back to the customer and the business.
You'll:
- Challenge the effort, cost and commercial value behind Product decisions
- Help teams make better decisions around what gets built and why
- Use Pendo, product analytics and customer data to understand what's actually working
- Help Product Managers improve discovery, planning, prioritisation and measurement
- Work closely across Product + Design + Engineering
- Understand how customers are using products and where value is being created
- Make sure teams are using the right tools, data and Product processes
- Identify where AI can reduce effort, improve decision-making and create customer value
- Bring consistency across Product teams without slowing them down
- Challenge poor processes and take ownership of improving them
- Build the foundations of Product Operations from scratch

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
🤖 AI is a major part of this.
We're not looking for someone who can simply talk about AI.
We want someone who understands how it can change the economics of Product.
- Can AI reduce the effort required to build or operate something?
- Can it improve discovery or decision-making?
- Can it solve a customer problem differently?
- Can it create more value without simply adding more cost and complexity?
You'll help Product teams ask those questions and turn AI into something commercially useful.
🌟 Who am I looking for?
Ideally you're:
- A strong SaaS Product Manager who is commercially minded, data-driven and passionate about AI, and wants to move into Product Operations
OR
- A Product Operations Manager with genuine Product experience who understands the commercial realities of building SaaS products.
I'm NOT looking for a generic Operations Manager or Project Manager.
You need to understand the relationship between:
Customer Problem → Product Opportunity → Effort/Cost → Build → Adoption → Commercial Value
You'll need:
- SaaS Product experience – essential
- Strong commercial Product thinking
- Experience working with Product, Design & Engineering
- Understanding of effort, cost, value and Product economics
- Strong Product analytics / data experience
- Pendo / Jira or similar Product tooling
- Strong understanding and genuine curiosity around AI
- Confidence to challenge Product decisions and senior stakeholders
- The ability to make decisions and take ownership without waiting to be told what to do

💥 And that last point is important.
They don't want someone sitting in the middle taking notes.
They want someone who sees something and says:
- “Why are we doing it this way?”
- “Is the effort worth the customer value?”
- “What does the data actually tell us?”
- “Could AI fundamentally change how we approach this?”
- “There's a better way — let's do it.”
🌱 The opportunity
You'll be the first Product Operations hire.
So you're not joining someone else's function.
You're helping build it.
As this SaaS business and its Product teams continue to grow, you'll have the opportunity to shape Product Operations and potentially build a team around you.
We've already placed 40 people into this business, they've grown 145% this year, and they're continuing to invest heavily in Product and Technology.
