Overview Of The Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Product Operations Manager to join our Product Development team.
Reporting to the Group Head of Products, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services aligned with NOCN's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the sector operational strategy for qualifications, courses and assessment development, aligned to organisational priorities and regulatory expectations
- Lead on the sector strategy, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, digitisation, and rationalisation
- Act as a senior authority on qualification design, assessment methodology, and awarding body best practice
- Champion innovation, including digital-first development approaches and modern assessment models
- Provide deep sector-specific insight to ensure all products reflect current industry standards, occupational competence, and future skills needs
- Ensure alignment to occupational standards, apprenticeship standards, and employer requirements where applicable

About You
- Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy
- Level 4 or above in relevant sector or significant sector knowledge and experience
- Committed to continuing professional development
- Significant experience and evidence of curriculum management, qualification or programme operations and delivery.
- Significant experience managing projects, operational workflows, processes and delivery schedules
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement with regulators and senior leadership
