An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Product Operations team as a Structuring Specialist.
The successful candidate will leverage their experience to join a highly capable team responsible for the operations of approximately $66bn in assets under management across more than 300 Exchange Traded Products, covering a broad range of asset classes including equities, commodities, digital assets, fixed income and FX, and a variety of product structures including physically and synthetically backed ETFs and ETNs.
Beyond ensuring our products operate efficiently and accurately, the Product Operations team plays a critical role in designing innovative investment products, supporting new product launches, driving strategic business initiatives and continually improving our operating model through automation, AI-enabled workflows, technology and effective service provider management.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining product knowledge, project management and technology to solve complex problems and improve the way we work.
Key Accountabilities and Scope
- Day-to-day management of the operations of WisdomTree's European product range, including monitoring tracking error, validating pricing across multiple asset classes, collateral calculations and ensuring accurate market data dissemination.
- Lead/Support project management and business analysis for strategic initiatives including new product launches, product enhancements, regulatory change and operational improvement projects.
- Assist with product design and structuring, establishing new operational frameworks and scalable business processes with both internal teams and external counterparties.
- Drive efficiencies across the product platform by identifying opportunities for process improvement through automation, AI tools, Python/VBA solutions and best practice operational design.
- Monitor operational and counterparty risk across the platform, identifying risks and support in implementation of appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Act as a conduit or go-to point for complex operational issues relating to portfolio management, creations/redemptions, pricing, NAVs, collateral and market data, exercising sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Investigate and resolve complex pricing and NAV-related issues, including benchmark data, PCFs, underlying security pricing, FX rates, collateral, accrued income, dividends and tracking error.
- Build strong relationships across Product Development, Portfolio Management, Research, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Technology, as well as external counterparties including administrators, custodians, exchanges, authorized participants and market data providers.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the ETP operating model by leveraging technology and automation to enhance scalability, resilience and operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications
- Degree-level education, ideally in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or a related subject.
- 4+ years' experience in financial markets, product operations, fund accounting, portfolio management support, trade support or product structuring.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex financial products and apply quantitative analysis to support operational oversight.
- Advanced Excel skills, including analyzing large datasets, pivot tables, complex formulas and financial modelling.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using Python, VBA or other programming languages to automate processes or improve operational workflows is highly desirable.
- Experience in applying AI tools or workflow automation to improve business processes is highly desirable.
- ETF/ETP experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with futures, total return swaps and/or structured products and digital assets is highly desirable.
- Breadth of asset class knowledge across commodities, equities, fixed income, FX or digital assets is desirable.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in leveraging technology, automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency.
- Naturally curious with a passion for solving problems and navigating challenges.
