Product Optimisation Specialist

We are seeking a highly meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as a Product Optimisation Specialist. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to innovate and unlock significant value within the Atamis application ecosystem. You will leverage your exceptional attention to detail, methodical mindset, and passion for structured procedures to enhance our platform and ensure outstanding client outcomes. As a Product Optimisation Specialist, you will play a key part in translating requirements into effective system configurations, directly contributing to an improved user experience and accelerated product innovation.

This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with system logic and data, and is committed to delivering a positive client experience through precise and impactful software improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Innovation: Support the creation of prototypes and mock-ups for new product features and lines, accelerating innovation and time-to-market.
  • Support Product Development: Provide expert configuration and user interface (UI) to support configuration requirements during product releases, ensuring seamless implementation of new features and an enhanced user experience.
  • Assess Core Product Change Requests: Collaborating with Professional Services to efficiently scope, manage and implement configuration change requests to enhance our core product. Ensuring product customisation meets precise requirements and fosters positive client relationships.
  • Streamline Post-Installation Processes: Collaborating with the Development Team to build comprehensive post-installation guides and notes, manage upgrades of Atamis environments (specifically TSO and Demo orgs), to ensure smooth client deployments.
  • Resolve Escalations: Provide timely and effective support for product-related escalations, ensuring rapid resolution and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate Application Integrations: Support the configuration and implementation of third-party application integrations, via the Salesforce AppExchange, to expand product capabilities and unlock new value for clients. Documenting the end to end process to share knowledge with Optimisation team.
  • Optimise Product Offering: Provide dedicated configuration support for our Enhancer offering, ensuring its optimal performance and delivering maximum client value.
  • Develop Reporting and Dashboards: Design and implement critical dashboards, templates, and reporting functionalities to meet evolving product and client analytical needs.
  • Collaborate with other Atamis teams: Develop stakeholder relationships to support problem solving, drive innovation and identify core product improvements which benefit the user experience.
  • Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge: Build a knowledge of both the Atamis platform and Salesforce to stay current with system capabilities and emerging best practices.

Skills and Experience

  • Confident using Salesforce administration tools, with experience in object and field customisation, formulae, flows, and approval processes.
  • Experience working on software implementation or configuration projects (desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach to following processes and ensuring accuracy.
  • Able to manage a varied workload, use initiative to solve problems, and spot areas for improvement.
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
