Job Overview

We’re seeing a detail-oriented Product Owner with experience in digital product delivery, React development and online customer journeys to join the Sales Online Team in AXA Health on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you'll act as the tactical execution lead for a well-defined product area, working closely within a dedicated squad to deliver against prioritised backlog items and sprint goals. You’ll ensure smooth agile ceremonies, coordinate daily activities, and collaborate with Product Managers to deliver on the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, making sure it’s well-defined, refined and ready for delivery.
  • Lead agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives to keep the delivery on track and resolve blockers.
  • Coordinate day-to-day squad activities, ensuring they align with sprint goals and commitments.
  • Support Product Managers in tracking progress against plans and delivery milestones.
  • Gather and incorporate stakeholder and user feedback to inform backlog prioritisation and product improvements.
  • Monitor dashboards, usage metrics and operational trends to spot areas for improvement.
  • Suggest and implement enhancements to product features or delivery processes based on observations and feedback.
  • Keep clear, concise documentation of features, stories and acceptance criteria to maintain transparency.
  • Lead regular playbacks of progress to wider stakeholder and senior leadership groups whilst also playing an active role in Quarterly planning sessions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
