Product Owner London - Hybrid Working

Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 18 months
Hours: 35 hours

We are leading a bold and transformative journey - and we’re looking for a Product Owner on an 18-month FTC, to join our flagship technology system transformation programme within our Retail B2B2C business. As a Product Owner, you will be part of a collaborative team of Product Owners, working closely with the Business Lead (Retail Product Director) and a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders. This includes partnering day-to-day with engineering teams, solution architects, product designers, and operations to define, prioritise, and deliver a product roadmap that is aligned to business objectives, operational needs, and customer outcomes.

If you have experience leading product ownership in B2B2C digital propositions or leading product ownership in transformation programmes, thrive in solving big challenges, and want to be involved in a major technology overhaul—we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, epics, and user stories to all stakeholders, working with the Retail Product Director
  • Creating and updating the product roadmap in terms of epics and user stories to reflect the strategic direction and priorities
  • Prioritizing and refining the product backlog items based on business value and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders including but not limited to proposition, operations, distribution, engineering, and design to deliver outstanding products.
  • Lead discreet work packages as part of the overall roadmap for the product to deliver defined benefits and KPIs
  • Prioritize product backlogs and roadmap initiatives based on business impact and customer and adviser value.
  • Collaborate with business readiness and impacted teams to ensure successful deployment of the product into the live environment
  • Awareness of market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  • Ensure programme milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Drive innovation and identify new experience optimisation opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
