This is an exciting opportunity to shape new propositions across domestic and cross-border payments, FX, real-time payments, payouts and international money movement, with a particular focus on solutions for SME and Business Banking customers.

The successful candidate will combine strong payments expertise, product ownership and commercial thinking, working across product, technology, treasury, operations and commercial teams to take opportunities from initial concept through to delivery.

    • Real-time payouts and disbursements
    • Cross-border and international payments
    • FX conversion and pricing transparency
    • International trading and payment workflows
  • Identify and prioritise new money movement use cases based on customer needs, commercial opportunity and market developments.
  • Develop propositions focused on improving speed, transparency, simplicity and customer experience.
  • Build product strategies and roadmaps aligned with wider Business Banking, treasury, cash-flow and international growth objectives.
  • Own and prioritise product backlogs, translating propositions into clear requirements, epics, features and user stories.
  • Develop end-to-end customer journeys and identify opportunities to remove friction from existing payment experiences.
  • Build a forward-looking pipeline of opportunities across money movement and payment solutions.
  • Support business case development, opportunity sizing and commercial proposition development.
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, Treasury, FX, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Commercial teams.
  • Manage complex cross-functional dependencies and support delivery mobilisation and acceleration.
  • Communicate product priorities, risks, dependencies and progress to senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
