About The Role

We are looking for a collaborative, outcome-driven individual to lead the definition, prioritisation, and refinement of technology solutions delivered by our development team. Acting as the voice of the customer and business within an agile squad, you will ensure the right value is delivered at the right time. Working closely with developers, testers, analysts, and stakeholders, you will translate business goals into actionable deliverables while maintaining a strong focus on delivery outcomes.

This role is based at Barton-upon-Humber with the option of hybrid working, up to 2 days per week from home.

  • Act as the primary link between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment on priorities and objectives.
  • Define, prioritise, and maintain a clear backlog aligned with business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables and refine work for delivery readiness.
  • Make prioritisation decisions based on business value, user feedback, and technical input.
  • Collaborate with delivery, UX, and QA teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support agile ceremonies, monitor progress, remove blockers, and adapt priorities based on performance and feedback.

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience working in IT or agile delivery environments.
  • Proven ability to lead technical workstreams or digital product initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with developers, analysts, and testers.
  • Ability to break down complex work into clear, structured deliverables.
  • Understanding of technical concepts and business objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); Jira knowledge is beneficial.
