About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Product Owner to join our Global Technology team. This role is responsible for maximising the value delivered by digital products by acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

As Product Owner, you will define and communicate the product vision, own and prioritise the product backlog, and ensure that product development aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

You will work closely with Business Owners, Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and delivery teams to translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements and successful outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions, working in Agile environments, and influencing product direction through collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Owners, Product Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (both business and technical) to gather, analyse, prioritise, and refine requirements into a well-defined and actionable backlog.
  • Clearly communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities to stakeholders, providing transparency on upcoming deliverables and longer-term strategic objectives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and end user, working closely with stakeholders to understand needs, prioritise requirements, and maximise value delivered through the product.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements that enable successful delivery.
  • Work with Product Management, fellow Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to agree scope, manage dependencies, and coordinate delivery across product iterations and releases.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritisation, and other Agile ceremonies as required.
  • Balance business priorities, user needs, technical constraints, and delivery considerations to support effective decision-making.
  • Monitor product performance, stakeholder feedback, and user outcomes to inform future roadmap priorities and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support the successful delivery of new features and enhancements by ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer requirements, and technical delivery teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
