The Role
- Take ownership of key CRM platforms, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot, and shape their future direction.
- Manage the CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritising improvements and translating business needs into system changes.
- Configure and optimise Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and model-driven apps.
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Coordinate technical changes with internal data teams and external suppliers, ensuring proper delivery of integrations, data flows, and releases.
- Maintain clear requirements, documentation, solution designs, and test plans, while monitoring platform performance, user feedback, and data quality.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a CRM Product Owner, Product Manager, or CRM-focused Business Analyst.
- A track record of managing CRM roadmaps, backlogs, and successful delivery.
- Hands-on experience configuring CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Experience building workflows, automations, and process logic within CRM platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing priorities collaboratively.
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to constructively challenge and improve processes.
