Working Model: Hybrid (2/3 days from office)
Rate: GBP 400 per day inside ir35 max

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working as a Product Owner, with proven ownership of product vision, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery prioritization.
- Minimum 5 years of Product Owner, Product Management experience with overall experience of 8-10 years.
- Experience with roadmap management tools such as Aha!, Productboard, or similar (desirable).
- Confluence for requirements documentation and collaboration.
- Microsoft Excel & Power BI for data analysis, reporting.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs using ADO.
- Expertise in writing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Ability to translate business objectives into product outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Experience facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product demonstrations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Understanding of system development lifecycles and product delivery frameworks.
- Knowledge of metrics-driven product management and continuous improvement.
