Lorien are working with a leading IT Services business who are currently looking for a Product Owner to help shape and improve a portfolio of technology solutions used by customers across the UK.

This role would suit someone with experience in IT Services, Managed Services, Technology Solutions, Infrastructure, or IT Hardware, who enjoys working with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver successful products and services.

The Role

As a Product Owner, you will support the development and delivery of product initiatives, helping translate customer and business requirements into clear priorities and actionable work.

Working closely with technical, operational, and customer-facing teams, you'll play a key role in coordinating delivery, managing requirements, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of the product roadmap and prioritised backlog.
  • Gather and translate customer feedback into product improvements.
  • Work closely with technical, service delivery, support, and commercial teams.
  • Define requirements, user stories, and product documentation.
  • Coordinate product releases, enhancements, and change activities.
  • Support stakeholder communication, training, and product adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Help remove delivery blockers and keep projects moving forward.

Essential

  • Experience supporting technology, service, or product development initiatives.
  • Background in IT Services, Managed Services, Infrastructure, Technology Solutions, or IT Hardware.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to gather and translate customer requirements.
  • Delivery-focused with a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally for client meetings and engagements

Desirable

  • Experience in a Product Owner, Product Coordinator, Product Analyst, or Junior Product Manager role.
  • Agile, Scrum, or Product Management qualifications.
  • Experience using customer feedback and data to drive product improvements.
