DSA Product Owner – Retail & eCommerce

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £80,000 – £82,250 base salary + bonus

The Role

We are seeking an experienced DSA Product Owner to lead the development and optimisation of a Digital Shelf Analytics (DSA) capability within a large-scale, global retail and eCommerce environment.

Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, you will drive the evolution of DSA platforms, ensuring they deliver actionable insights that enhance online performance, improve digital shelf execution, and support commercial growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong retail or eCommerce background who enjoys owning products and influencing strategy through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Take ownership of the DSA platform landscape, serving as the primary point of expertise.
    • Collaborate with commercial, eCommerce, and digital teams to define and deliver the product roadmap.
    • Translate business objectives and operational challenges into clear product priorities and solutions.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within Retail or eCommerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Shelf Analytics platforms such as CommerceIQ, Profitero, or Edge by Ascential (essential).
  • FMCG or CPG industry experience (essential).
  • Strong understanding of digital shelf metrics, online retail performance, and eCommerce analytics.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
