Product Owners Required for a Major Transformation Programme!

Location: Warwick (1-2 days a week in office!)
Contract Length: 6 months but scope to extend longer term
Daily Rate: £400 - £450 Umbrella

Are you a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner looking for your next challenge in the utilities sector? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Warwick for a long term contract to help deliver a major programme of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering feedback and translating requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Analyse market trends and user feedback to inform product strategy and enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner within a regulated organisation, utilities/banking or similar ideal.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
  • User story creation and backlog management experience.
  • Strong requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
