Your role

As Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the commercial direction of our EdMonitor, EdPredict and future data-led product offerings. Working within the Business Transformation Technology team, you will help define the product roadmap, translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, and ensure the products we develop are commercially viable, customer-focused and aligned to market needs.

This is a varied role, combining elements of product ownership, business analysis and market insight. You will work closely with stakeholders across Development, Marketing, Communications, Customer Centres and regional teams to understand customer needs, define product features, support go-to-market activity and monitor product performance. You will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring priorities are clear and that product development is focused on delivering value for customers and the business.

You will also support market analysis, gather voice of customer insights, contribute to marketing materials and help position the products effectively for customers across different regions.

  • You have 3–5 years of experience, working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role.
  • Experience working with software, data products or digital solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different teams and regions.
  • Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, use cases or journey maps.
  • Experience working with development teams and acting as a bridge between technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to define product positioning, value propositions and customer-focused product offerings.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data, KPIs and customer feedback to support product decisions.
  • Confidence working with marketing or communications teams to support customer-facing materials and go-to-market activity.

Experience in manufacturing, vacuum technology or industrial environments would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Global Technology Centre in Burgess Hill, United Kingdom (GB).
