Help Build the Next Generation of a SaaS Platform
We're partnering with an ambitious technology company that is continuing to invest in the development of its software platform. As part of an exciting programme of product improvement and innovation, they're looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager to join the team and help turn customer needs and business priorities into high-quality product solutions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience working within a product or software environment and is now looking to take on more ownership, broaden their product experience and develop their career within a growing SaaS business.
You'll work closely with customers, Product, Design and Engineering teams to understand problems, define requirements, support product discovery and help ensure new features deliver real value.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of defined product areas and initiatives, supporting them from initial discovery through to delivery and ongoing improvement.
Working within a collaborative product team, you'll help gather customer insight, prioritise requirements, write clear user stories and work closely with Engineering and Design to bring new functionality to life.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions and influence how the product develops, while benefiting from the support and experience of a wider product and technology team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs, challenges and opportunities.
- Support product discovery through customer conversations, workshops and research.
- Translate customer and business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog for your areas of responsibility.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support sprint planning, refinement and product delivery activities.
- Help balance customer requirements, commercial priorities and technical considerations.
- Gather feedback following product releases and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use customer feedback, analytics and market insight to support product decisions.
- Contribute to the development of new data-driven, automated and intelligent product capabilities.
- Support the ongoing improvement of a scalable SaaS platform.

About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving customer problems, working collaboratively and turning ideas into practical product solutions. You'll probably already have some experience within Product, Business Analysis or software delivery and be looking for a role where you can continue developing your product management skills while taking greater ownership.
You'll Likely Have
- Experience as a Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, Product Analyst, Business Analyst or similar product-focused role.
- Experience working within an Agile software development environment.
- Experience gathering and documenting customer or business requirements.
- Confidence writing user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good prioritisation and organisational skills.
- A customer-focused approach to product development.
- An ability to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations.
- An interest in using data and customer feedback to inform decisions.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based software products.
- Exposure to APIs, integrations or platform-based software.
- Experience using product analytics or customer data.
- An interest in AI, automation or emerging technologies.
- Experience working directly with customers or end users.
- Experience taking features or product improvements from requirement through to release.
