Description

In this role, you will:

• Engage with Senior Stakeholders within Group Legal, Compliance, IT and other advised parties to capture, validate, and manage business requirements in the following areas:

  • eDiscovery: search, review, and export processes for regulatory and internal investigations, case management and access roles.
  • Retention: review design options for data retention / deletion based on requirements, identify plan to enable application of data retention / deletion policies.
  • Legal Hold: work with the business to review requirements for Legal Hold management and work with IT SME to help drive solutions/options for implementation.
  • Data deletion: define on a plan to enable automatic data deletion (e.g. automatically delete data on expiry of the data retention period applicable to each market and aligned to active legal holds or IAR retention).
  • eDiscovery Portal and Activity Monitoring: ensure business needs are correctly translated into functional and technical designs.
  • Compliance Boundaries and Jurisdictional Movers: review and agree the proposed compliance boundaries design. Work closely with Group Legal Data Privacy to ensure the rules for jurisdictional movers are implemented correctly.
  • Vendor Management: work closely with vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Arctera, etc.) in order to identify future roadmap features, plan the adoption of upcoming new features.
  • Strategy and Ongoing Product Adoption: lead the deployment and adoption of new products and components, working closely with global, regional, and business leadership and stakeholders. Act as the primary liaison with Senior stakeholders, communicating the transformation vision and progress. Building and maintaining a network of market representatives, pertinent support desk teams and the change network.
