About the Role
Natterbox builds AI communications that elevate human-led customer conversations, integrated with Salesforce and the wider CRM stack. This role owns our Conversational AI and Agents track. That covers both the agent products we sell and the agent builder programme: a platform that lets customers build and run their own AI agents on top of our data services.
What You'll Own
- The Conversational AI and agent builder roadmap: discovery, prioritisation, and delivery with engineering
- A platform that others build on, where extensibility and the experience of the people building on it matter as much as the features themselves
- Full ownership of the track within your first quarter, and the commercial and user outcomes once it ships

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How We Work
Product at Natterbox is a small, senior team with a flat structure. You will own your track from end to end, work directly with engineering and go-to-market, and be trusted to make the decisions. Our engineering is AI-accelerated, which raises the standard expected of product judgement rather than lowering it.
Requirements
What you must have
- Shipped conversational-AI, LLM-based or agent products to market, as the person building them rather than a user of them
- Built products on, or integrated with, a CRM. Salesforce is strongly preferred
- A genuine commitment to design-led product development and good UX. Usability is central to this role, even though you will not be the designer
- A preference for hands-on work, owning a track directly. This role will not suit someone looking for a hands-off or purely strategic remit
