We are looking for a product-driven professional to help shape the RDaaS product strategy by driving the application roadmap and partnering with business leaders to design scalable, long-term solutions that deliver measurable value.

As an Associate Product Owner in the Data Taxonomies Product Strategy team, you will support the ongoing evolution of taxonomy and reference data capabilities on the RDaaS Platform. You will help capture and structure requirements, support feature design with UX and Technology partners, maintain high-quality documentation and standards, and support onboarding of users and tenants—ensuring the product remains consistent, governed, and easy to consume.

Job responsibilities

  • Support discovery for new features and enhancements by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and clarifying user needs.
  • Produce well-written user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting materials in partnership with UX and Engineering.
  • Support definition and maintenance of standard data models and taxonomy patterns (structures, attributes, naming conventions).
  • Assist with documenting metadata and quality expectations to improve reuse and consistency.
  • Create and maintain product documentation (onboarding guides, FAQs, feature notes, process playbooks) in line with team standards.
  • Help strengthen the handoff from product design to delivery execution to ensure clarity and traceability.
  • Support complex onboarding by documenting requirements, coordinating activities across teams, and tracking actions to completion.
  • Help ensure solutions align to standard product patterns and are scalable.
  • Partner with the Delivery sub-team to ensure feedback from user support, testing, and releases is captured and informs future product enhancements.
  • Support refinement sessions and user testing coordination as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
