Role Overview
Working across multiple business and technology initiatives, you will be responsible for driving delivery outcomes, managing priorities, owning product backlogs and ensuring projects are successfully delivered. This role will support a variety of technology and infrastructure-focused initiatives, requiring someone who can quickly adapt to new workstreams and take ownership from initiation through to implementation.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience managing products from idea through delivery and ongoing optimisation.
- Strong product backlog ownership, prioritisation and roadmap management experience.
- Experience delivering complex business, technology and infrastructure initiatives.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery commitments.
- Excellent communication, influencing and decision-making skills.
- Experience working across technology transformation, infrastructure change or workplace technology programmes.
