We're looking for a Product Owner to help drive the evolution of our marketplace platform, delivering innovative digital experiences that connect thousands of customers, partners, and businesses every day.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative product team where you'll play a pivotal role in defining priorities, influencing strategy, and delivering high-impact solutions that create value for both customers and the business.

What you'll be doing

As Product Owner, you'll be responsible for translating business and customer needs into actionable product initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

You'll:

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring focus on the highest value opportunities.
  • Work closely with Engineering, UX, Data, Commercial and Operational teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Gather insights from users, stakeholders and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirements that enable successful delivery.
  • Support the creation and execution of product roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion Agile ways of working and act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Help shape the future direction of our marketplace platform and customer journey.

What we're looking for

We're interested in talented Product Owners who can balance customer needs, commercial objectives, and technical considerations.

You'll bring:

  • Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar digital product role.
  • A strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and translating requirements into user stories.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to use data and insights to support decision making.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to challenge constructively.
