Product Owner - Embedded Accounting

Build the accounting platform that thousands of UK businesses will use every day.

Epos Now is transforming how 100k+ hospitality and retail businesses manage their finances. We're building embedded accounting directly into our market-leading point-of-sale platform, giving merchants a single place to manage sales, cash flow, bookkeeping and compliance.

This isn't about maintaining an existing product. You'll own one of the company's biggest strategic initiatives, taking Embedded Accounting from its current stage through launch, growth and international expansion.

If you're the kind of Product Owner who loves shipping products, speaking to customers and seeing your work make a tangible commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

You'll become the product owner for our Embedded Accounting platform, working alongside engineering, design, commercial teams and senior leadership to define what gets built next.

  • Own the roadmap, prioritise features, gather customer insight and ensure the team delivers high-quality releases that customers genuinely love.
  • Success in this role isn't measured by documents written.
  • It's measured by products launched, customers adopting them and revenue generated.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
