Product Owner – High-Growth FinTech – Remote (anywhere in the UK/Europe) – Up to £200k + Equity

I'm working with a high-growth FinTech building next-generation cross-border payments infrastructure.

  • Strong transaction volume and growth trajectory to date
  • Globally distributed team across multiple continents
  • Early-stage scope, market opportunity

Coming in early, you'll take full ownership of the product across mobile and web - with real autonomy to shape a business built for genuine impact.

What you'll be working on:

  • Owning the product end-to-end, from problem framing to production
  • Driving the roadmap in close collaboration with sales, ops, and leadership
  • Working in a tight feedback loop with a strong engineering team
  • Spending real time with customers to understand their needs
  • Designing for reliability at scale - failure states, not just the happy path

  • 5+ years in Product Management
  • FinTech experience essential (payments, lending, banking)

  • Technical credibility - can read an API schema and spot hidden complexity
