Product Owner
Remote - with visits to London office

The Role
We’re looking for an aspiring Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical delivery. This role would suit someone with some exposure to product, projects, business analysis, support, or software delivery who is looking to build a career in Product.
As a Product Owner, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, software developers, UX specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure we build the right product, in the right way. You’ll help translate business and user requirements into clear priorities, support the delivery of product initiatives, and work closely with development teams to bring ideas to life.
What you will do:
- Develop an understanding of our users, products, and industry to help shape product decisions.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and priorities for the development team.
- Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring work is well-defined and aligned to business needs.
- Work closely with developers to answer questions, clarify requirements, and support testing.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX specialists, and stakeholders to improve the user experience.
- Support sprint planning, refinement sessions, and product delivery activities.
- Produce and maintain product documentation and gather feedback from users.
- Help manage business requests, support activities, and smaller project-based initiatives that sit alongside traditional Product Owner responsibilities.
- Contribute ideas for improving the product, processes, and ways of working

What You’ll Bring:
- Experience owning or contributing to SaaS enterprise software products.
- Strong knowledge of issue tracking tools, especially Jira.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Effective problem-solving capability with a creative mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate progress clearly.
- Organised, resilient, and adaptable to change and feedback.
- Experience in software product development, user experience, and process/data modelling.
