Role Overview
As a Product Owner, you’ll shape and deliver the Digital Hub ('More' section of our app and Internet Bank) roadmap and backlog, supporting both run and transformation activities to create simple, secure and high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion a customer-first, insight-led approach, ensuring work is prioritised to maximise the value delivered to members and the Society.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical considerations and team capacity to deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Play a key role in defining objectives, refining requirements and tracking progress to ensure successful delivery.

This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.
