Hub 360 Product Owner
Alliance Automotive Group UK & Ireland are building Hub 360; a new single sign-on platform that will become the central hub for B2B customers and staff interaction across the group's digital assets. This role owns the product from creation through to adoption and ongoing evolution.
You will be responsible for coordinating Hub 360 from the ground up by defining the product vision, working with engineering to deliver the initial modules, and driving adoption across employees and B2B customers from all areas of our supply chain. Once established, you will lead the consolidation of several legacy assets into the Hub 360 ecosystem, ensuring continuity of established system benefits with a balance of modernisation objectives.
This is product ownership in the fullest sense: commercial accountability, product vision, roadmap prioritisation, and driving measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, commercial stakeholders, and end users to ensure Hub 360 delivers real value and becomes the core portal for all stakeholder groups across UK & Ireland.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
