About Chubb

Chubb is the world's largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company, with operations in 54 countries and territories. As an underwriting company, Chubb assesses, assumes, and manages risk with insight and discipline. Our technology organization is at the forefront of transforming how institutional knowledge is captured, governed, and operationalized to power AI at enterprise scale.

Role Overview

The Product Owner – Knowledge Repository & Management Platform is a senior, strategic role responsible for defining and delivering Chubb's enterprise-wide Knowledge Repository — the foundational AI-ready knowledge layer powering the broader Chubb AI ecosystem.

This platform enables the capture, governance, and operationalization of enterprise knowledge at scale — connecting structured and unstructured content across lines of business and geographies into a governed, machine-interpretable, and reusable knowledge layer. It supports advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and AI-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

The Product Owner will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for this platform — operating at the intersection of AI, data engineering, knowledge management, and enterprise governance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
