Help shape better customer and technology outcomes

Are you a Product Owner and looking for your next opportunity? Join MoneyPlus to turn customer insight, performance evidence and strategic priorities into product improvements that make our IVA and DMP journeys clearer, more effective and compliant. You’ll have meaningful ownership of priorities and work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Champion the customer journey from onboarding through resolution and plan completion, considering digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Translate strategic goals into product goals, prioritised backlogs and development roadmaps; make transparent trade-offs based on evidence.
  • Work with multidisciplinary agile teams to scope, sequence and deliver product and process improvements.
  • Monitor conversion, dropout, satisfaction, complaints and other agreed MI; combine quantitative and qualitative insight to guide decisions.
  • Ensure Consumer Duty and other applicable requirements are considered in features and operational enhancements; support customer-outcomes testing and action planning.
  • Partner with Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, People and Finance; support training, QA and communications for change adoption.

What we're looking for

  • Evidence of turning customer or business problems into prioritised product delivery and making clear trade-offs.
  • Uses data, customer insight, MI and feedback to make decisions and explain priorities.
  • Can manage an effective backlog and work with multidisciplinary teams through iterative delivery.
  • Can balance customer outcomes, operational/commercial value and regulatory constraints; transferable evidence from comparable regulated environments is acceptable.
  • Translates strategy and complex trade-offs into clear actions and keeps stakeholders aligned.
  • We welcome transferable evidence. You do not need to match every desirable technology, sector or job-title label if you can demonstrate the underlying capability.
