Keyloop

Bridges the gap between dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers and car buyers.

We empower car dealers and manufacturers to fully embrace digital transformation. How? By creating innovative technology that makes selling cars better for our customers, and buying and owning cars better for theirs.

We use cutting-edge technology to link our clients’ systems, departments and sites. We provide an open technology platform that’s shaping the industry for the future. We use data to help clients become more efficient, increase profitability and give more customers an amazing experience. Want to be part of it?

Purpose of the Role

Motortech AI is growing rapidly, with expanding deployments across major retail groups, OEM partnerships, and international markets. To support this growth, we're looking for a Product Owner to bring structure, focus and accountability to the product delivery process.

You'll own and prioritise the product backlog, lead sprint planning and ceremonies, write clear user stories and specifications, and maintain an accurate, actionable roadmap. Working closely with the engineering team, you'll ensure product priorities are translated into well-defined work that can be delivered with confidence.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you'll play a key role in turning product strategy into execution across AIME Campaign, AIME Co-Pilot and our OEM product portfolio. Success in this role means creating a disciplined delivery rhythm, providing clarity to engineers, and taking ownership of the day-to-day product process.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog across AIME Campaign, AIME Co-Pilot and OEM products, ensuring work is ready for delivery.
  • Write clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria that give engineers confidence in what needs to be built.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and other agile ceremonies as the product representative.
  • Maintain and update the product roadmap, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of priorities and progress.
  • Make day-to-day prioritisation decisions within the strategic direction set by the Senior Product Manager.
  • Gather and translate requirements from Customer Success, Commercial and Delivery teams into actionable product requirements.
  • Support the Senior Product Manager in defining and delivering OEM product initiatives.
  • Track and report on key delivery metrics, progress and risks.
  • Provide regular updates on roadmap status, priorities and delivery timelines to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate product releases, including launch readiness, release notes and internal communications.
  • Act as a key link between Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
