About the Role
This is a data product ownership, reference data, and data governance role in a new platform function. Product Owners, Data Product Managers, or senior Data Business Analysts from financial services or FinTech, with experience owning backlogs for shared data capabilities consumed by multiple products, APIs, and clients.
You will be tasked with owning what a shared data capability is across a multi-brand credit and data business: identifiers, matching, cross-references, metadata, entitlements, and lineage, delivered through Snowflake, APIs, and AI tools.

- Epics, stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, NFRs
Reference Data
- Identifier design and lifecycle (ISIN, CUSIP, LEI, FIGI), matching, mapping, hierarchies, cross-references
Data Governance as Product
- Metadata, taxonomy, catalogue, lineage, ownership, data quality
Access
- Entitlements, permissioning, onboarding, audit
Data Modelling
- Conceptual, logical, physical; joins, profiling, entity resolution
SQL for Hands-On Investigation
Delivery Channels
- Snowflake, APIs, integrations
Discovery by Prototype
- AI-assisted tooling, notebooks, demos

Stakeholders
Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Operations, Commercial, you will own the backlog: order, readiness, acceptance. Own the domain: how reference and mastered data is produced, mapped, and consumed across brands. Own discovery: prototype the dataset, query, or view before engineering commits.
