Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is a commercially focused role with real customer impact. You’ll help drive channel shift, customer retention, revenue generation and CSAT by creating digital experiences that reduce the need for customers to contact our service teams and give them more control over their holiday.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across easyJet holidays and easyJet, including Technology, Commercial, Operations, Customer Service and other Product Owners, to deliver market-leading solutions and build a stronger digitally led relationship with our customers.

Self-serve and personalisation are fundamental to what we do, so you must be comfortable building flexible experiences that adapt to individual customers. You should have your finger on the pulse of AI developments and will be expected to explore how we can use it to make self-service smarter and more personal.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop a product vision and strategy for your area, aligned to the wider Post-Book vision.
  • Own and prioritise a long-term product roadmap for your squad.
  • Lead a full stack squad and take ownership of one of the Post-Book team’s key metrics.
  • Use data analytics, customer insight and experimentation to identify the most valuable opportunities.
  • Work with engineers, UX designers, business analysts, architects and delivery colleagues to take ideas from concept through to launch.
  • Balance business requirements with your own growth ideas and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Technology teams to create a seamless digital-first holiday experience.
  • Explore how AI and personalisation can make self-service smarter, more flexible and more relevant to individual customers.
  • Communicate your roadmap clearly to stakeholders, building buy-in and demonstrating the ROI of your initiatives.
  • Partner with Business Analysts to capture clear and concise requirements.
  • Work with Delivery Managers to size initiatives and run sprints effectively.
  • Act as a Digital team ambassador, supporting internal teams and helping shape compliant, customer-focused online experiences.
