Product Owner - London / Hybrid - £60-67k

We are currently partnered with a leading professional services organisation to recruit for a Product Owner.

This is a newly created position within the Applications function, reporting into a recently appointed Director of Applications who is driving significant change across the team. The role has been created to address a recognised capability gap and will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to shape delivery practices, influence Agile maturity, and play a key role in the future growth of the function.

Initially focused on a major Dynamics 365 programme, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to refine requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate testing, and ensure successful delivery of business-critical applications. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to influence delivery processes across the wider Applications landscape.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
