Product Owner – SaaS / Software Platform Location: Leeds – Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite Salary: £50,000–£60,000 Employment: Permanent
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a growing technology business developing a complex software platform within the financial services sector. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and wider stakeholders, you will take ownership of product requirements and priorities, translating customer and business needs into clear deliverables for the development team.

This is a hands-on Product role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of a product, understanding complex workflows, and working closely with software engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the product backlog.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering throughout development and release.
- Support product discovery, roadmap development, and prioritization.
- Manage stakeholder requirements and competing priorities.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar.
- Strong experience working directly with software development teams.
- Good understanding of Agile product development.
- Comfortable working with complex software, workflows, and integrations.
- SaaS/software platform experience preferred.
- Fintech, lending, or mortgage experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
