Product Owner
We are partnering with a leading international ecommerce retailer that is looking to appoint an experienced Product Owner to play a key role in the continued development of its website and app.
This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity for someone who loves turning customer insight, commercial priorities and data into digital experiences that deliver measurable results.
Working closely with the Ecommerce Director and a dedicated development squad, you’ll take ownership of the product backlog and help shape and deliver the roadmap across web and app.
The Role Will Include:
- Owning and prioritising the web and app product backlog
- Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Leading sprint planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives
- Working closely with UX/UI, Development, CRO and Analytics teams
- Using customer insight, analytics and test results to inform priorities
- Defining success metrics and measuring post-launch performance
- Managing competing priorities across Ecommerce, Trading, Marketing and Buying
- Supporting discovery and validation before significant investment
- Ensuring releases are thoroughly tested and delivered smoothly
- Communicating roadmap progress, risks and trade-offs to senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally within ecommerce, retail or a fast-paced digital environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working closely with a development squad
- Confidence managing product backlogs, writing user stories and running sprint ceremonies
- Experience using tools such as Jira to manage and prioritise delivery
- A data-led approach, with the ability to use analytics, CRO insights and test results to inform decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across commercial, technical and creative teams
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance business priorities, customer needs, UX and technical considerations
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience within fashion, luxury or retail ecommerce would be highly advantageous
- App product management experience and a basic understanding of APIs, integrations and platform architecture would also be beneficial
