Product Owner
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Capital Markets, Exchange Markets and Banking & Financial Services (BFSI).
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of exchange-traded products, market infrastructure, trading workflows and financial services operations, along with proven experience in Product Ownership and Agile delivery.
The Product Owner will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, exchange market participants, technology teams and delivery partners to define product vision, prioritize requirements and drive successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap and business objectives.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders and market participants.
- Own and manage the product backlog.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Architects, Developers, QA and Business Analysts.
- Manage delivery priorities, risks and technical dependencies.
- Support UAT and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback.
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance and Regulatory teams.
