About The Vault

The Vault is a crypto-finance company building an MPC-based crypto custody and wallet platform designed for both institutional and retail users. Our infrastructure combines threshold signing, HSM and hardware-wallet integration with non-extractable key shares, and robust recovery and policy flows across a growing range of chains and assets. We are headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and requirements for our custody platform. You will be the single point of accountability for defining what the platform builds and why: prioritising the backlog across competing inputs — customer commitments, security audit findings, cryptographic research milestones, and regulatory obligations — and translating cryptographic and security constraints into clear, testable product requirements.

You will act as the primary product interface between cryptography research, engineering, security, compliance, design, and customer-facing teams, and represent the platform externally in partner, auditor, and investor conversations. You will work in close partnership with the Delivery Manager: you set scope, priority, and acceptance, while the Delivery Manager owns execution cadence and release operations.

What You Will Do

  • Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and requirements for our MPC-based custody and wallet infrastructure.
  • Prioritise the product backlog across customer commitments, security audit findings, cryptographic research milestones, and regulatory obligations.
  • Translate cryptographic and security constraints into clear, testable product requirements with well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Define core platform capabilities: threshold signing, HSM and Ledger integration with non-extractable key shares, recovery and policy flows, and chain and asset coverage.
  • Lead customer and stakeholder discovery, and produce high-quality written specifications.
  • Make product-level trade-offs between new features, platform hardening, and technical debt.
  • Serve as the primary product interface between cryptography research, engineering, security, compliance, design, and customer-facing teams.
  • Represent the platform externally in partner, auditor, and investor conversations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Ability to engage credibly with cryptographers, security engineers, and auditors — and to turn their constraints into product decisions.
  • Excellent written specification skills: unambiguous requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
  • Experience balancing regulatory and audit obligations with commercial product goals.
