The Role

As Product Owner, you will turn strategic product direction into shipped, working software for the Assure platform. You will own day-to-day execution, from shaping requirements and sequencing the backlog through sprint delivery, release readiness, and operational documentation.

Working closely with the Principal Product Manager, Development, Design, and Product Operations, you will keep delivery moving, resolve issues quickly, and make sure internal teams understand what is shipping and why. You will also lead bug triage and act as the first product contact for customer escalations.

What You'll Do

Product Delivery and Execution

  • Own execution for the Assure platform, translating strategic direction and feature priorities into clear, sequenced delivery plans.
  • Utilise AI-DLC to move from requirement definition to build efficiently, partnering closely with Development.
  • Manage the product backlog, sprint execution, and day-to-day delivery for Assure.

Documentation and Operational Readiness

  • Create and maintain operational documentation with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness expectations so teams can act with minimal ambiguity.
  • Keep product information accurate, current, and accessible throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Work with Product Operations to explain what is shipping, why it matters, and how internal teams should support customers.

Issue Management and Customer Escalation

  • Own bug triage for your product area, ensuring issues are assessed, prioritised, and routed effectively.
  • Act as the first product point of contact for customer escalations and translate field feedback into actionable backlog priorities.

Cross-functional partnerships

  • Work with the Product Manager to turn the strategic vision into requirements and execution plans.
  • Work with Product Operations to inform different parts of the organisation about what's being shipped, when, and why.
  • Work with Design to ground the features in customer and technical constraints.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
