Join us as a Product Owner

We’re looking for someone to support senior management in driving the development of our digital channels’ priorities and investment needs. You’ll be putting the customer at the heart of our digital channel plans and constantly improving their digital journey. This is an opportunity to oversee the service delivery of our digital channel set, making sure all aspects of our digital customer journey deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do

We’re looking for someone to own the digital journey, driving aspects like performance management, service proposition and customer experience. You’ll be setting the vision for a whole host of digital features, making sure that we create a world-class digital experience for our customers. What’s more, you’ll take ownership of the digital roadmap and the definition, management and prioritisation of the digital backlog.

You’ll Also Be

  • Owning and prioritising the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) product backlog, ensuring delivery aligns with customer, commercial and strategic objectives
  • Leading the design and delivery of product enhancements and transformation initiatives that improve customer outcomes and business performance
  • Partnering with business, operations and technology teams to deliver complex technology builds and digital solutions across the end-to-end customer journey
  • Defining business requirements, process designs, user stories and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery teams
  • Leading feature teams through the full delivery lifecycle, making informed decisions to maximise value, resilience and operational efficiency
  • Monitoring market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify opportunities to enhance and innovate the SCF proposition

The skills you'll need

In this role, you’ll need to have previous experience of working in a Scrum or Agile team. You’ll need the ability to innovate, partner and collaborate with customers and colleagues to implement the best digital experience for our customers. In addition, you’ll have a successful track record of digital delivery and operations along with digital channel management and human centred design experience.

You’ll Also Be Expected To Have

  • Strong Supply Chain Finance product knowledge, with a deep understanding of customer journeys, operational processes and market practices
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within SCF, Trade Finance or working capital solutions
  • Demonstrable experience delivering technology builds, platform implementations and digital product enhancements in an Agile environment
  • Strong product ownership and change delivery expertise, including backlog management, requirements gathering, process design and user story creation
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing and collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership, work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
