Role: Technical Product Owner: Sales, Marketing and Operations

Duration: 12 months or Permanent
Location: London, UK
Work Model: 4 days a week onsite near Tottenham Court Road
Mode of Interview: Assessment before Initial call, then second round with technical head & then F2F Interview at client location

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role in a fast-paced, multi-system environment.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, and DocuSign.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP (preferably SAP), workspace platforms (e.g., Nexudus), and ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice).
  • Strong background in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies relevant to sales and CRM.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience in real estate or a flexible workspace provider

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) highly desirable.
  • Agile/Scrum certification or experience working in Agile environments preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and declarative development.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Flow, Apex (basic understanding), SOQL, and Lightning components.
  • Knowledge of Pardot campaign management and lead scoring.
  • Experience with CPQ configuration and pricing rules.
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware for system integrations.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights using Salesforce reports and dashboards.

As the Technical Product Owner, you will lead the strategic development, administration, and optimisation of FORA’s Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it empowers our commercial teams to deliver exceptional performance. You will manage a team of Salesforce and Nexudus professionals and collaborate cross-departmentally.

To drive innovation, automation, and integration. You will own Salesforce, Pardot, CPQ, DocuSign, Nexudus, Office R&D, and JustOn, along with other core services. You will ensure seamless integrations with other core enterprise systems, such as ERP (SAP), ITSM/ESM (Freshservice), etc.

You will also play a pivotal role in exploring and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance sales operations and customer engagement. You will lead stakeholder management and work closely with the Sales and Commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the Salesforce platform roadmap for sales and commercial operations, aligning with business goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers and Nexudus support specialists fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the configuration, development, and integration of Salesforce with key systems including:
    • Pardot for marketing automation
    • CPQ for quote-to-cash processes
    • DocuSign for digital agreements
    • SAP for financial and operational data
    • JustOn for billing
    • Nexudus for workspace management
    • Freshservice for ITSM/ESM and service desk operations
  • Champion automation and AI initiatives to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and enhance user experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure platform governance, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Monitor platform performance, user adoption, and ROI, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership.
  • Provide career development guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Be the escalation point for technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
  • Manage integration with third-party applications and services.
  • Owner of technical documentation & training documentation.
  • Own the relationship with vendors, including third-party resource partners.
