Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced, technically minded Product Owner to lead the development and ongoing evolution of our Salesforce Platform, with a focus on delivering and optimising the end-to-end sales journey, from lead management and quoting through to onboarding and conversion. You'll act as the key link between business stakeholders, Salesforce engineers and delivery teams, owning the product backlog, leading agile delivery activities and driving platform enhancements, integrations and process improvements that support sales performance and operational efficiency. We're seeking someone with strong Salesforce platform knowledge, experience of sales-led customer journeys and excellent stakeholder management skills, who's confident working with both technical and non-technical audiences to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the Salesforce Platform vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring it supports business objectives and sales growth.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business needs, technical requirements and customer value.
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of sales journeys, including lead management, quoting, selling and customer onboarding.
- Partner closely with Salesforce Engineers, Architects and technology teams to deliver platform enhancements and integrations.
- Drive the development of integrated solutions across Salesforce, including telephony and other customer-facing systems.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement and retrospectives, to support successful delivery.
- Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, monitor platform performance and champion continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
