Your mission

We're looking for a detail-oriented Product Owner to transform business strategy into clear, deliverable outcomes across our subscription and recurring revenue platforms.

Based in our Watford office, this role will take ownership of platforms that support contractual B2B printing services and our B2C subscription offerings.

Working alongside a team of Product Owners and platform specialists, you'll gather and refine business requirements, produce functional specifications, and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements and new capabilities.

This is a business-facing role within a largely automated environment, ideally suited to someone who enjoys translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Due to the complexity of the platforms, you'll receive ongoing mentoring and support from a Senior Platform Specialist, together with dedicated training and knowledge transfer to help you build expertise and confidence in the role.

Please note: This is not a software development role. The focus is on requirements gathering, business analysis, specification writing, stakeholder management, and product delivery rather than coding.

What you will do:

Requirements Gathering & Product Definition

  • Gather and analyse business and user requirements
  • Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and functional specifications
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined, understood, and aligned with business objectives

Backlog Management & Refinement

  • Maintain a prioritised, delivery-ready backlog
  • Define acceptance criteria, identify dependencies and business value
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies to support successful delivery

Roadmap Support & Execution Alignment

  • Support product roadmap planning and prioritisation
  • Prepare and refine requirements for upcoming development cycles
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
