Role & Company Overview
Our client, a leading SaaS company, are looking for a Product Owner. You will own requirements, backlog priorities and solution outcomes, ensuring customer needs are translated into high-quality, deliverable solutions that support right-first-time delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer goals and translate them into a clear solution vision.
- Define solution scope, outcomes and success measures for each engagement.
- Lead discovery activities to understand business processes, users, objectives and constraints.
- Own, prioritise and refine the solution backlog
- Collaborate with customers and delivery teams to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Champion quality throughout discovery, design and delivery activities.
- Identify, communicate and manage delivery risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Build strong relationships with customers, SMEs and delivery teams.

Requirements
- Strong Product Owner experience within software delivery/professional services
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Skilled in gathering, refining and prioritising requirements
- Confident working with customers, developers, QA and Project Managers
- Adaptable, outcome-focused and able to balance customer, business and delivery needs
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid/remote working model. There is a minimum requirement to attend the Bedford office one day per month, with the flexibility to come into the office more frequently if preferred.
