Product Owner | Hybrid (Manchester – 2 days per week) | £50,000–£55,000 pa

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join us at a really exciting stage of Leadly’s growth.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply manage tickets and chase deadlines. You’ll be right at the centre of two brand-new products, helping shape how they work, look and feel, and playing a genuine role in bringing them to life.

You’ll sit across Product, Marketing, Compliance, Sales and Leadership, helping turn ideas into great products and ensuring everyone is moving in the same direction. You’ll have the opportunity to influence what we build, how we build it and how these products evolve as the agency continues to grow.

It’s a chance to join an ambitious, energetic and genuinely fun team, work alongside some incredibly talented people, and have a real impact on the next chapter of Leadly.

Why This Role Is Exciting

You’ll be joining at a point where we’re building a new product from the ground up.

That means you’ll have a real opportunity to:

  • Help shape the look, feel and user experience of our new products
  • Turn ideas and business requirements into clear, actionable product tasks
  • Work closely with marketing, technical and creative teams to bring products to life
  • Help define priorities and influence what gets built next
  • See your work go from an idea → to a product → to something that directly supports our growth
  • Help establish the processes, structure and ways of working that allow our products to scale
  • Be involved in some of the most exciting initiatives happening across the agency

We want someone who is excited by that level of ownership — someone who wants to get stuck in, have opinions, solve problems and make things happen.

Core Responsibilities

Product & Delivery Oversight

  • Own and maintain task flow within Linear (tickets, prioritisation, updates)
  • Translate business and product ideas into structured delivery tasks
  • Help shape and prioritise the product roadmap
  • Work closely with internal teams to turn ideas into great product experiences
  • Follow up on key actions and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support landing page updates and form / tracking changes
  • Coordinate reporting dashboard builds and data visibility
  • Help ensure our new products continue to evolve based on business needs, customer feedback and performance

Operational Cadence & Meeting Ownership

Chair and structure key business meetings including:

  • ECRM weekly (keep agenda focused and outcome-driven)
  • Organic & SEO weekly
  • Affiliates performance meetings
  • Compliance working sessions
  • Data alignment sessions
  • Daily stand-ups (rotational)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
