Shape the digital products that transform services for our customers and colleagues

Are you an experienced Product Owner who thrives on delivering customer-focused digital solutions? Do you enjoy turning ideas into impactful products, balancing user needs with business priorities, and driving continuous improvement through data, insight and collaboration? If so, this could be the opportunity for you.

We're looking for a Product Owner to join our Transformation & Innovation team. In this role, you'll lead the strategic development, delivery and optimisation of digital products and platforms that support organisational priorities, improve customer outcomes and drive operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in helping A2Dominion modernise services, enhance digital experiences and deliver meaningful change across the organisation.

Working closely with operational teams, technology specialists, suppliers, customers and stakeholders, you'll ensure our digital products are user-centred, accessible, data-informed and aligned with business goals. From defining product roadmaps and delivery priorities to driving innovation and adoption, you'll own the product lifecycle from concept through to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic management and continuous improvement of digital products and platforms across the organisation
  • Develop and maintain product strategies, roadmaps and delivery plans that align with customer needs and organisational objectives
  • Define and manage product backlogs, user stories and priorities using agile and user-centred delivery approaches
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams, customers, IT, Data & BI, suppliers and transformation teams to shape requirements and deliver successful outcomes
  • Ensure digital products remain customer-focused, accessible, secure and compliant with organisational standards and governance requirements
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, customer feedback and operational impact to support evidence-based decision making
  • Develop meaningful product reporting, KPIs and benefits-tracking frameworks
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, self-service and service improvement through digital solutions
  • Contribute to business cases, investment proposals and funding recommendations for new product initiatives
  • Manage supplier and partner relationships, ensuring value for money, effective performance and contractual compliance
  • Work with Procurement and Finance teams to support technology procurement, supplier reviews and contract management activities
  • Promote agile delivery methodologies, continuous improvement and product management best practice across teams
  • Act as a subject matter expert for product management, digital service delivery and customer-focused design

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
